Skills & Responsibilities :

✅ Mandatory : Should have your own Laptop and good Wi-Fi Connection (80 to 100 Mbps)

✅ Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.

✅ Language (Any two must Know) English & Hindi

✅ Experience 06 month experience required in BPO & BFSI industry.

✅ Customer Satisfaction.

✅ Should have Good knowledge of computers.

✅ Good to have Hardware Knowledge Good to have software knowledge Ability to handle irate customers.

✅ Solve technical queries.

✅ Quickly build trust and confidence with customer.

✅ Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.

✅ Provide help and advice to customers using our organizations products or services.

✅ Handle customer complaints or any major incidents.

✅ Improve customer service procedures, policies and standards.
