Responsibility & Role :

✔ Should keep enhancing and updating knowledge on domain processes.

✔ Should be able to travel to client locations for short / long duration if required.

✔ Knowledge on Payroll , Finance domains is a certain advantage for the candidate.

✔ Responsible for devising strong customer relationships and strengthen Employee transactions.

✔ Follow directions and offer status reports to the manager designated to their project.

✔ Offer execution and product proficiency to their commitments.

✔ Must be able to analyze and solve complex customer issues related to data and processes.

✔ Must be updated on HRMS domain and new processes.

✔ Evaluate customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives and transform.
