Job Description, Role & Skills :
⊳ Voice-based calling process and data entry.
⊳ Pre-Call Study the case and Determine the current eligibility of the assigned sellers through available resources/online.
⊳ Weekly Pay out based on the output.
⊳ Work for 3-4 hours a day and to achieve target number of Daily connect/content collection.
⊳ Achieving the daily/Weekly/Monthly business targets.
⊳ Obtains client information by connecting with them through telephone calls, Verify information.
⊳ The benefits to his business; answering questions; Clearing doubts.
⊳ Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
⊳ The clients informed about the recorded conversation before starting to collect any information from them.
⊳ Identifying real-time challenges related to Technology/Process and escalating it to the higher management to get them fixed.
⊳ Following up with the sellers based upon the request made by them over the calls.
Requirements :
- Work from Monday through Saturday
- 9 AM to 7 PM (minimum 3-4 hrs/day)
- Have computer, smartphone (Android) with separate SIM for calling, Good internet connectivity.
- Have a good working environment at home with dedicated private area to work and Table/Chair.
